Step 2: Upon successful submission of all required documents, the admission office will conduct an initial review and provide feedback within 5 working days. Applicants who pass the initial review will receive a system message indicating “pass initial review” and will be instructed to pay a non-refundable deposit. Simultaneously, the admission office will send an electronic Acceptance letter and a formal notice regarding the non-refundable deposit payment to the applicant’s email.

Step 3: Within 7 days of receiving the Acceptance letter, admitted applicants must submit a non-refundable deposit of $2000 or CNY13,000.

Step 4: Admitted applicants must upload the deposit remittance receipt to the online application system.

Step 5: Upon receipt of the deposit from the admitted applicant, Nanjing Medical University (NMU) will send a confirmation of admission and the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) to the applicant’s provided contact information.

Step 6: Admitted applicants must apply for the X Visa to study in China at the embassies or consulates of the People’s Republic of China. They should present the originals of the confirmation of admission from Nanjing Medical University, the Physical Examination Form, and the JW202 form. Admitted applicants are required to register at the School of International Education (SIE) at Nanjing Medical University (NMU) on the specified date.
