  2. Register with Growell Education and submit the required documents, including scanned copies of your 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets and passing certificates, NEET certificate, and the first and last pages of your passport.
  3. Growell Education will forward your application to the respective university.
  4. Upon acceptance by the university, you will receive a Provisional Admission Order confirming your admission. Subsequently, you will receive the provisional admission order, visa application form, physical examination form, and the rules and regulation form.
  5. Fill and sign all the required forms and forward them to Growell Education.
  6. Submit the duly signed rules and regulations form.
  7. Provide a copy of your passport.
  8. Submit a copy of your police clearance certificate.
  9. Sign the Visa Application Form and provide a photograph as per the specifications.
  10. The Physical Examination Form must be filled by a government doctor with seal and signature, along with the doctor’s registration number on the front page photograph and back page with hospital seal. Other supporting medical reports (Hepatitis B, blood group, VDRL, HIV, ECG, vision test, chest x-ray, blood pressure, and blood routine) should also be forwarded.
  11. Submit the rules and regulation form again.
  12. Upon receipt of the JW202 Form, Growell Education will apply for the Visa at the China Consulate/Embassy. The visa will be provided to the applicant within ten days.
  13. Obtain the Letter of Direction from Growell Education and make all necessary travel arrangements as required. Present all original documents and certificates to the concerned university.
